Information you share
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, residential or commercial project type, product interests, and message. If you share project photos or other information, those details may also become part of your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal or payment information in contact forms.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, recommend products, prepare quotes, discuss delivery and installation, and follow up about your project. We also use website information to understand visitor activity, measure advertising, maintain the website, and help prevent misuse.
Services that help us operate
Contact-form submissions are sent through Zapier to our Bigin by Zoho customer relationship management system so our team can manage and respond to inquiries. Our website is hosted on WordPress.com. These providers process information through their services.
The site also uses Google analytics, advertising, and tag-management tools. Depending on the tools and settings in use, Google may receive information such as device and browser details, IP address, pages visited, referral sources, and interactions with the website or advertisements. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Cookies and your choices
Our website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features and does not necessarily stop every type of data collection.
You can review Google advertising preferences in My Ad Center. Contact us if you would prefer that we stop following up about an inquiry.
External websites and purchases
Some links take you to other services, including Etsy for Tabletop Palm purchases, Google Maps for directions, and financing providers when applicable. Those services have their own privacy policies. Information you provide directly to them is handled under their policies.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep information as needed to respond to inquiries, manage customer relationships, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. The period depends on the information and its purpose. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy questions and requests
To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or discuss other privacy choices, call 316-733-2284 or write to the address above. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law and the circumstances of your request.
